Comp Package: Starting salary of $45,000 based on skills and experience, Bonus, Full Benefits
Responsibilities For Asbestos Paralegal
Prepare, file, and serve documents with federal courts electronically
Communicate with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions
Processing, drafting, and filing asbestos related documents
Reviewing and analyzing medical documents
Requirements
At least 3 years of related experience, asbestos litigation experience preferred
Experience in legal department or law firm related to area of practice preferred
Must be able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong oral and written skills
Ability to work with all levels of staff
