Our client, who is a well-known banking institution, is looking for a Paralegal to join their team on a contract basis. This position will work across different departments in the organization, including the legal department and the garnishments team.

Hourly Pay: $25hr
Job Responsibilities
Handle the back end of garnishment levies, child support orders, as well as the review of PDF files and combining them by making sure the correct information has been entered.
Working on data entry, inputting information from orders into the system so that the Processors can come behind them to finish.
Performs legal and regulatory research and analysis for attorneys.
Prepare various legal documents.
Prepares subpoenas, depositions, and records.
Prepares disposition, trial, and hearing instruments.
Reviews of the Federal, State, and Local rules concerning procedure.
Documents regulatory and compliance issues and files related to regulatory reports.
Collect data and prepare reports.
Prepares correspondence to clients, counsel, and courts.
