Are you ready to use your legal skills to help tackle the climate crisis?
An ambitious, fast-growing clean energy and infrastructure business is looking for a proactive Paralegal to support its legal and governance functions as it rolls out a nationwide network of sustainable energy hubs for commercial transport.
This is a rare opportunity to get involved in real estate, commercial contracts, regulatory, and corporate governance work—all while contributing to the UK’s decarbonisation journey. You’ll work closely with a collaborative legal team during a period of rapid growth, gaining exposure to high-impact projects and receiving support to develop new skills, including in company secretarial duties.
What you’ll do:
Support on a wide range of legal matters—from lease reviews to commercial agreements
Assist with land transactions, legal research, and contract management
Play a key role in corporate governance, filings, and board support
Collaborate with teams across property, operations, and finance
Grow your experience in a purpose-led, mission-driven environment
What we’re looking for:
1–2 years’ experience in a paralegal or legal support role (property or corporate focus a bonus)
Strong drafting, organisation, and communication skills
Interest in clean energy, infrastructure, or sustainable transport
A team player with a proactive mindset
Eager to learn and grow—company secretarial training provided if needed
