What Will You Do?
As a Paralegal, you will work on a wide range of IP-related tasks, including:
Preparing, filing, and prosecuting trademark, patent, and other IPR applications, including handling office actions;
Maintaining accurate prosecution records and internal databases;
Handling recordal of changes before local IP offices;
Supporting IP rights maintenance tasks (renewals, annuities);
Conducting due diligence and in-use investigations;
Assisting with customs seizure reports and enforcement actions;
Contributing to portfolio management and integration;
Translating legal documents between the local language and English.
What Are We Looking For?
University degree (preferably in Law);
At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or in the intellectual property field;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility;
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with minimal oversight;
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Experience with IP databases is an advantage.
