Small North Fort Worth Area Law Firm is seeking to hire for a case manager position.
The ideal candidate will have:
Keen eye for detail
Excellent customer service skills
An ability to manage several clients at once
Excellent interpersonal skills
Education and Experience
High school graduate or more
2+ years experience in a case/client/account management position
Experience in using Word, Teams, Outlook, PDF generation programs
Experience in using cloud-based Client/Case/Customer management system.
Experience using Ring Central or other cloud-based IP phone system.
About the Firm
Two attorney law firm–the candidate will be supervised directly by an attorney.
Practice area is in a branch of administrative law
Firm typically closes between Christmas and New Years
Limited remote work may be available
Compensation
The position will be hourly for the first 90 days at $20-30/hour
After completion of the probationary period, salary will be based on the hourly rate.
1 week of paid vacation per year of service capping at 4.
