Established in 2000, is home to 115+ experienced attorneys dedicated to delivering high-quality counsel and personalized legal solutions. They’re currently seeking an experienced Family/Matrimonial Law Paralegal to support our busy and expanding Family Law department in Brooklyn.

Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare motions, pleadings, judgments, financial statements, and legal correspondence
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including assembling trial notebooks and providing in-court support as needed
Manage the discovery process, including disclosure statements, interrogatories, and document requests
Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients — conducting interviews and maintaining communication throughout each case
Organize and manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate calendars using Microsoft Outlook
File court documents, including e-filing in Family Court and both state and federal courts
Review and analyze financial records, including bank statements and asset disclosures
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and legal proceedings
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support smooth daily operations
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role (Family or Matrimonial Law preferred)
Strong understanding of court procedures and litigation documents, including e-filing systems
Experience reviewing financial documents and preparing legal calculations (e.g., child support worksheets)
Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Westlaw and ProLaw is a plus
Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable team player
Paralegal certificate preferred
