Role Overview //
We are recruiting a Paralegal for our Hong Kong office. The candidate will provide legal support to Associates and Partners of our Hong Kong and Beijing offices.
Key Responsibilities //
To assist in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research in corporate and commercial matters.
To conduct due diligence and verification of documents.
To provide legal support to Partners and Associates.
To work alongside our Trainees.
Other ad hoc duties as required by the Partners, Associates, Trainees and senior management.
Candidate Profile //
Law degree holder with strong academic results.
With 2-3 years’ experience in handling corporate and commercial matters preferably in international law firms or multinational organisations will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates with internship experience at international law firms will also be considered.
Excellent computer skills and typing skills.
Languages: fluent in English and Mandarin. Must be able to read and write business-level Chinese.
Proactive personality, positive and flexible. Eager to learn and take on new things.
Good attention to detail, ability to multi-task and common sense.
Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
Willing to work overtime.
