Paralegal – Mass Torts/Personal Injury

Location: Burlingame, CA (San Francisco Bay Area)

We are working with a nationally recognized plaintiff’s litigation firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Mass Torts/Personal Injury practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the most well-regarded trial attorneys in the country, advocating for clients against powerful corporations at a firm with a 50-year track record of success.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including case management, document preparation, and trial support.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

Manage discovery, including organizing and reviewing documents, preparing discovery responses, and coordinating depositions.

Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.

Prepare exhibits and other materials for depositions, hearings, and trial.

Assist in settlement negotiations and case resolution efforts.

Qualifications:

3 + years of prior experience in personal injury or mass torts preferred (other plaintiff/defense experience will be considered).

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in legal software, case management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
