We now have a fantastic opportunity to work within our highly successful Real Estate team based out of our Chester office. The team handle a wide range of real estate matters and work on behalf of a diverse client base including both residential and commercial investors and developers to SME’s and educational institutions. Some, but not all, of the responsibilities and requirements are laid out below.
The Opportunity:
Supporting fee earners in the Real Estate Team
Liaising with clients and third parties to progress transactions
Assisting with the drafting of legal documents
Person Specification:
Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise accordingly;
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
Demonstrates initiative and has a pro-active attitude;
Willingness to take on responsibility;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and commitment to the delivery of excellent client service; and
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (especially the formatting of word documents and preparation of spreadsheets).
