Key Responsibilities
Maintain an active litigation checklist.
Draft legal documents for attorney review.
Track discovery documents.
Calendar court deadlines.
Prepare notebooks for documents, motions, depositions, and deposition exhibits.
Qualifications
4+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal (business litigation preferred).
Experience with prepping motions for summary judgment.
Proficiency in e-filing for state and federal courts.
Excellent tracking of client deadlines.
Docketing and scheduling court documents.
Role Details
401(k), bonus incentives, and free on-site parking.
5 days a week, in office, onsite.
Two weeks of paid vacation and ten paid holidays.
This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $80,000 to $90,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
