Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C. Is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to be a part of our growing firm.
The individual must be able to work independently, essentially detail oriented, organized, and a team player. This person must also be a self-starter, efficient, and possess the ability to manage a high docket count under the supervision of an attorney.
Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
Drafting Discovery requests and responses
Drafting motions
Preparing for trial
Scheduling depositions
Scheduling Court Dates and Client Meetings
Meeting with Clients
Using a Web-based Case Management System
This is a full time position. Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday-Friday. We offer a
competitive starting wage
and benefits that include health, dental & vision insurance and PTO policy after a 90 day probationary period.
Must be experienced in Word, Excel, & Adobe.
3 Years Of Legal Experience Is REQUIRED.’
