Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in various legal tasks, with a focus on corporate and transactional real estate matters. This role is essential in ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our legal processes while contributing to our commitment to excellence in legal service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and compile relevant case law and statutes
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and litigation materials
Assist attorneys in the preparation for trials, hearings, and closings
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is completed and filed accurately
Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and third parties
Maintain updated knowledge of legal procedures and regulations in corporate and real estate law
Provide administrative support to legal staff, including scheduling and organizing meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate or real estate environment
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
