Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Paralegal role located in Fircrest, WA, to support its commercial and trust and estate litigation attorneys. The Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and assisting attorneys with case management and court filings. The Paralegal will also handle communication with clients, manage case files, and provide administrative support to the legal team.
Qualifications
Proficient in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Experience in conducting legal research
Background in Law or Paralegal studies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with legal software and technology is a plus
Paralegal certification or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook a must.
