The Wood County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is seeking to hire an Assistant Prosecutor. The position is for an experienced litigator to handle felonies and/or abuse and neglect cases. Prior trial experience is required. The applicant must be able to communicate effectively as well as analyze various legal documents and scenarios.
The applicant must be in good standing with the WV State Bar. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will include a full benefits package. Benefits include paid sick and vacation leave, retirement, health insurance including vision and dental.
