Now hiring an experienced Corporate Paralegal in Bakersfield, CA. Join a respected law firm supporting attorneys across corporate transactions, business law, litigation, estate planning, probate, employment, and regulatory matters.
This direct-hire opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to $93,600 annually and the chance to work on high-impact legal matters in a collaborative, professional environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented legal professional with strong drafting skills, legal research experience, and a valid California Paralegal Certificate.
Qualifications
California Paralegal Certificate or Paralegal Certification required
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5+ years of consecutive paralegal experience with the same employer
Experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or corporate legal environment
Strong legal drafting, editing, proofreading, and document preparation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and legal research skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
Corporate, business, transactional, or commercial law experience
Experience supporting multiple practice areasLegal document management systems
Electronic filing (e-filing) platforms
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Legal research and case management software
