Our client, a well-established U.S.-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. Specializing in litigation and commercial collections, this firm is dedicated to providing strategic and results-driven legal services to its clients.
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented , and individual to support the litigation and commercial collections practice.
Roles And Responsibilities
Produce draft litigation documents using template documents in a fast-paced litigation practice.
Apply critical thinking to identify key issues, assess relevant information, and effectively use firm-approved templates to draft accurate and compliant documents.
Organizing and maintaining documents in electronic filing system.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science or other related allied courses.
Related experience in litigation and commercial collections is an advantage
Skilled at multi-tasking; able to coordinate, organize, prioritize, and execute responsibilities in the face of conflicting priorities and unexpected situations
Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and Adobe Pro
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable
Ability to manage multiple software applications efficiently in a legal setting
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills is a must
Strong phone presence is a must; ability to communicate effectively on video conferencing such as Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
 Willingness to report onsite at Makati City during US Business hours
