Just Legal is seeking a Recruitment & Training Coordinator to join a top tier Wilmington law firm’s Attorney Recruiting team. In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with and report to both our Director of Human Resources and our Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for new and open staff and associate attorney positions. Additionally, the candidate will provide essential onboarding and training support for new staff and attorneys. The candidate will also assist the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development with law school recruitment and with our annual Summer Associate program.

Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Recruitment & Training Coordinator is to provide organization and support to recruit, interview, and recommend applicants to fill non-attorney staff positions and associate attorney positions, including:

Collaborate with the hiring director to develop and execute a recruiting strategy for open positions;
Prepare external communications to sharpen and enhance the Firm’s recruiting efforts;
Assist in coordination of law student outreach and on-campus recruiting logistics;
Assist in planning law school and other key recruiting events;
Oversee and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, including compiling and distributing interview evaluation and feedback;
Assist with conducting necessary background and reference checks and pre-offer due diligence;
Conduct training sessions on internal systems for new employees and provide ongoing coaching as needed;
Assist with staff and associate onboarding;
Collect data for reports, as requested.

In addition, the Recruitment & Training Coordinator may be expected to assist with training and development programs sponsored by the Firm, as follows:

Assist Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development with coordination of various aspects of the Summer Associate program, which may include coordinating training and/or assignments, collecting data and assessments, and planning events;
Schedule and communicate firmwide training programs;
Develop and administer surveys and evaluations for training programs;
Assist with implementation of training and development programs, as needed;
Assist with planning various Firmwide events, including the annual Well-Being Week in Law, as needed.
