Salt Talent Search is looking for a Paralegal based in Singapore (1-year contract)
The ideal candidate will ensure effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of an attorney. This individual will communicate with the clients in order to serve them adequately if required. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research and drafting to aid the legal proceedings. Attention to detail is a must.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to lead attorney
Locate and develop case relevant information
Pro-actively look at the documents to find red flags
Manage and maintain secretarial filings for corporate legal entity
Manage outside counsel spend, create and maintain case files and follow through outside counsel payments and budget
Facilitate the meeting of attorney’s deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
Conduct legal research
Conduct legal vetting under guidance of attorney
Qualifications
Good Command over English (Written and Spoken)
3-5 years prior work experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate set up
Managing end to end contracts
Computer Literate preferred with PowerPoint and excel skills.
