Job Title: Entry-Level Employment Law Attorney (100% Remote)
Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 USD per year + Health Insurance Benefits
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PST

What You’ll Do:
Work closely with senior attorneys on employment law cases
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Assist with client communication and case updates
Learn the ins and outs of case preparation and litigation support
Stay up to date with California employment law trends and developments
What We’re Looking For:
Required: Recent graduate from an accredited U.S. law school
Required: Recently passed California Bar Exam (active license required)
No experience necessary—just a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
Ability to work full-time on a PST schedule
High attention to detail and a collaborative, coachable attitude
