Experienced with preparing EB-1/NIW/O-1 (extraordinary abilities) immigration petitions. No other immigration area expertise is necessary, but welcome. Knowledge of Russian language strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of immigration law in the area of extraordinary abilities/talent visas. Prior experience is a must.
Responsibilities
• Work with clients in collecting documents and advise them if provided documents are sufficient
• Assemble petitions
Qualifications
• Experience as an immigration paralegal in the area of talent visas is a must
• Bachelor’s degree, foreign law degree or Paralegal certificate
• Russian language
Remote work is a possibility even with an out-of-state location for a highly experienced professional
