Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a creditors’ rights law firm with office located in IL, CA, NV, FL, OH, GA, NC, and MI. We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal for our Kansas City, MO office.
This a full-time, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, In-office

What You’ll Do
Follow set procedures and steps to review accounts
Possible e-filing approved documents on various court portals
Following up on e-filed documents online, downloading filed documents
Docketing relevant information
Communicating with court clerks for status updates via phone
Closing accounts in our system once certain criteria has been met
What You’ll Need
Prior law firm experience.
Prior banking or logistics experience also a plus.
Minimum: High school diploma. Preferred: Bachelors or Paralegal Certificate.
