Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a California Paralegal. The Paralegal will assist in drafting legal documents, conduct thorough legal research, review case documentation for accuracy, and collaborate closely with attorneys to prepare for cases. Responsibilities also include maintaining client communication and ensuring all legal documentation adheres to required protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Communication and Research skills
- Experience with Document Review and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with family law, landlord-tenant disputes, and estate planning is a plus
- Paralegal certification or relevant educational background
