We are currently recruiting contract review attorneys for multiple engagements with AmLaw 100 firms, Fortune 500 companies, and specialized boutique practices. These positions involve high-profile matters requiring document review, contract analysis, and due diligence work across various practice areas.
Who We’re Seeking
We invite applications from accomplished contract review attorneys currently engaged in similar work who are seeking their next high-caliber engagement. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5+ years of proven expertise in one or more of the following specialized areas:
M&A Due Diligence & Document Review
Commercial Contract Analysis & Negotiation
Compliance Document Review (FDA, SEC, Financial Services)
IP Licensing & Technology Transfer Agreements
Construction & Real Estate Contract Review
Employment Agreement & Policy Review
Candidates will have demonstrated success handling sophisticated contract matters, providing strategic risk analysis, and excelling under demanding deadlines in document-heavy environments. Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and summarize complex commercial agreements, including supply agreements, distribution contracts, and licensing deals
Conduct thorough due diligence document review for M&A transactions and corporate restructurings
Draft contract summaries, redline analyses, and risk assessment memos for client decision-making
Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with business teams on commercial deal points
Maintain detailed tracking systems for contract portfolios and compliance deadlines
Independently manage multiple priority assignments, ensuring timely and precise delivery
Candidate Profile
Active bar membership in relevant jurisdictions
Minimum of 5 years practicing at a top-tier law firm, in-house legal department, or equivalent setting with substantial contract review experience
Demonstrated expertise in contract interpretation, risk assessment, and commercial deal structuring
Proficiency with contract management platforms (e.g., ContractWorks, Kira, eBrevia) and technology-assisted review tools
Experience with large-scale document review projects and ability to spot critical terms, liability provisions, and compliance issues
Background in specific industries preferred (healthcare, technology, finance, manufacturing)
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling competing priorities with autonomy
Superior written and verbal communication skills paired with a polished, professional demeanor
Complete flexibility to work remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid model based on your preferences and client requirements
