Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case management, legal research, and trial preparation.
Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate client files, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with court procedures.
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
Organize discovery materials, prepare exhibits, and assist with case strategy.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the firm.

Requirements
1+ years of paralegal experience (criminal or family law strongly preferred but not required).
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in legal software (MyCase, Smokeball, LexisNexis), Microsoft Office, and case management tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-energy environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
