Job Details
Qualified applicants must be fluent in Spanish and will be paired with one of our top Partners.
We are hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Litigation Paralegal to navigate these tasks:
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, and other legal documents with courts at both state and
federal levels.
Prepare discovery responses, including interrogatories, production requests, and admissions requests.
Assist in preparing settlement demands and calculating damages, including medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and
suffering
Monitor and manage case calendars, ensuring that all deadlines for pleadings, discovery, and court filings are met
Prepare and file documents related to settlements, including releases and structured settlement agreements.
Obtain initial medical treatment details, including providers, injury diagnosis, and ongoing care.
