seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our team and support our attorneys

in delivering top-tier legal representation.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to assist our attorneys in all phases of

employment law cases, including litigation, administrative proceedings, and client support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with federal sector

experience being a plus. This position is hybrid, with an expectation to be in the office 3

days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including letters, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and organize evidence and exhibits for litigation.
  • Assist in filing complaints and managing administrative claims with agencies such as the EEOC and MSPB.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on employment law.
  • Federal sector experience is a plus.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research databases and case management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree and/or Paralegal Certification preferred.
