We’re hiring an experienced Paralegal to support a US law firms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and other litigation documents under attorney supervision
- Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and trial materials
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
- Manage e-filing across court portals and track filing deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and opposing counsel as needed
- Maintain and update case management systems with accurate, current information
- Assist with deposition and mediation prep, including scheduling and document assembly
What We’re Looking For:
- Required: Prior experience at a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company
- Solid understanding of litigation procedures and civil court processes
- Comfortable in case management systems
- E-filing portal experience is a plus
- U.S. law experience background strongly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 English or higher)
- Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
- Available to work U.S. business hours
