Our Client, an established alternative investment manager with a global footprint, is looking for a strong funds or regulatory paralegal to join the team here in London.
The right individual will provide support to the General Counsel and other members of the Legal team as the business continues to grow.
The General Counsel is open to supporting the right candidate with further development opportunities such as qualifying in-house.
Responsibilities
Support on transactional and commercial legal matters such as new product launch, trading documentation and fund lifecycle maintenance
Review and draft routine legal documents
Lead bibling activities
Create and maintain case files
Qualifications
2+ years experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal in a Tier 1 financial services firm or leading Legal FS Regulatory or Funds practice
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate
Right to work in the UK
Strong attention to detail
