About Company
Grimmett Law Firm, PLLC was founded in 2005 by Attorney David Grimmett. Immediately after law school, Mr. Grimmett started the firm because he wanted to try cases as soon as possible. Within two weeks of passing the bar, Mr. Grimmett tried his first case before an administrative hearing board.
Since that time, we have helped over 1,000 families in both child custody and personal injury matters. Our child custody cases primarily focus on parentage as well as dependency and neglect matters with the Department of Children’s Services. Our personal injury matters include car accidents, slip & falls, dog bites, and workers’ compensation.
