I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a Leading Family Office who are looking for a Paralegal to join their team in NYC.
The candidate will be working under the firm’s General Counsel with high exposure to other senior executives.
Job Description
Conduct thorough legal research on various laws, regulations, and legal precedents, particularly those affecting broker-dealer activities.
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents including contracts, agreements, corporate governance documents, and compliance policies.
Prepare filings, briefs, memoranda, and other documents for submission to regulatory bodies (SEC, FINRA, etc.)
Assist in reviewing and maintaining broker-dealer agreements, including clearing, prime brokerage, and custody agreements.
This would be a hybrid position and it would require relocation, if not already in NYC.
