Job Title: Bilingual Legal Assistant (Immigration Law)

About the Role:
Immigration Paralegals, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Legal Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our experienced paralegal team in preparing high-quality immigration cases. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on immigration experience who wants to grow within a mission-driven team.
You’ll play an essential role in client communication, organizing files, gathering documentation, managing case-related tasks, and assembling packets for attorney review. If you’re passionate about immigration law and thrive in a support-focused role, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the paralegal team with all aspects of case preparation and task management
Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish
Request and collect necessary documents and information for immigration forms
Maintain organized case files and records
Assist in assembling case packets for attorney review
Follow internal workflows and timelines to ensure smooth case progression
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required
2–3 years of prior experience in immigration law – required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and support others
