Leadenhall Law Group is the Top Conveyancing Law Firm in Norwich, and we are growing our Teams due to an influx of new Conveyancing matters.
As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will have experience in Residential Conveyancing and used to working with high caseloads, you will be working with one fee earner dealing with all administrative duties on their case files from opening the case to post completion.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Taking initial instruction from the client
Requesting ID checks
Drafting correspondence
SDLT
Dealing with incoming enquiries
Ordering searches
Mortgage reports
Exchanging of Contracts
Compiling completions packs
Keeping the case management system updated
You will be confident in working in a fast-paced environment where caseloads are high so working well under pressure is key to this role. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to speak with clients confidentially along with being well organised and having good case management experience.
