Vantage Legal Services is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a growing plaintiff’s personal injury firm located in the Cumberland/Vinings area near Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia.
This is a full-time, in-office position

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a mix of pre-suit and litigation personal injury cases and will thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, accountability, and growth are encouraged.
This is not a traditional high-volume personal injury firm. The firm is known for handling serious and catastrophic injury cases while maintaining a highly personalized approach to client service. The team values hard work, integrity, and maintaining a positive, drama-free work environment.
The firm is continuing to grow its motorcycle and motor vehicle collision practice and is seeking a paralegal who wants to grow with the team long-term.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the case
- Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers
- Order, organize, and review medical records and billing
- Prepare medical summaries and case chronicles
- Draft settlement demands and demand packages
- Draft and file pleadings and routine litigation documents
- Manage discovery, including drafting responses and coordinating with clients
- File pleadings in state and federal court
- Coordinate service of process
- Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related events
- Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and follow‑up tasks
- Review document productions and deposition transcripts
- Conduct online and factual research regarding parties, providers, and witnesses
- Assist with trial preparation and trial support
- Proactively move cases forward and assist with overall case strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience preferred
- Experience handling both pre‑suit and litigation files
- Experience managing 50–75 active personal injury cases preferred
- Catastrophic injury experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑starter with strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Filevine experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Must be willing to work on‑site; this is not a remote or hybrid
