MB Attorney Search is conducting an exclusive search for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a highly respected business law firm, centrally located in Wauwatosa.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a growing commercial real estate practice supporting sophisticated transactions from inception through closing.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Reviewing title commitments, surveys and due diligence materials
- Preparing closing documents and transaction checklists
- Tracking critical dates, deadlines and deal milestones
- Coordinating transaction workflows among attorneys, clients and third parties
- Maintaining transaction records and document management systems
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of real estate paralegal experience is REQUIRED
- Commercial real estate transaction experience preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

We are open to Legal Assistants or Paralegals that do not have a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate; however, real estate transaction experience is required.
