Job Description:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Assist with corporate governance, including preparing board materials and shareholder communications.
Conduct legal research on topics such as
food safety
, labor laws, and franchise regulations.
Design and implement frameworks to ensure legal risks are identified and managed effectively throughout the company.
Qualifications:
Certificate or Degree in Law Studies.
At least 4 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the QSR/food service industry.
Strong understanding of corporate, contract, labor, and franchise law, with excellent
communication
and writing skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
