Napier Sterling, a newly founded boutique law firm based in Farringdon, is seeking a bright and ambitious graduate to join our growing commercial disputes team. We offer a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment where you’ll gain invaluable experience working on complex legal matters from the ground up.
In this role, you will:
Play a vital role in all aspects of case preparation and strategy, from pre-action to trial.
Conduct in-depth legal research and review legal documents, witness statements, and expert reports with a meticulous eye for detail.
Assist with drafting legal correspondence and other legal documents.
Ensure accurate and efficient case documentation.
Prepare trial bundles and electronically file court records, keeping the team organised and on track.
Liaise with clients and third parties in a friendly and professional manner, providing clear and concise updates.
Work to a high standard across numerous matters.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a very strong academic record in Law (LLB) or the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
Demonstrates exceptional research and analytical skills, with a keen interest in commercial disputes.
Displays a meticulous attention to detail & possesses strong organisation skills.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, counsel and clients.
Has a strong work ethic, is highly motivated, and eager to learn and develop their legal knowledge.
Is available from the start of September 2025.
Previous experience in a law firm is not required but a genuine interest in litigation and a willingness to learn are a must.
