Robert Half is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to support a busy team within a large firm. This role would support multiple attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities:
• Draft, format, and revise legal documents, correspondence, and case files with a high level of accuracy using Microsoft Word.
• Organize and maintain litigation records, ensuring that documents are filed, tracked, and easily accessible for the legal team.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation by gathering supporting materials, reviewing records, and coordinating deadlines.
• Support work related to complex litigation matters by managing documentation and helping keep case activity on schedule.
• Conduct basic legal and factual research to help attorneys develop case strategies and respond to ongoing matters.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, court personnel, and outside contacts to facilitate the flow of case information.
• Previous experience working as a Paralegal in a legal or corporate environment.
• Hands-on exposure to complex litigation and the ability to support multiple active matters.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, including document formatting, editing, and version control.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed records and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a workplace setting.
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail when handling sensitive legal information.
