McCleery Law Firm, LLC is seeking one additional attorney to join our team of five attorneys, at our Columbus office location. Following completion of a thorough, individually tailored training syllabus at our New Philadelphia branch, there is discretion to work flexibly from home absent any required hearings and/or to operate out of our newly opened Columbus location. We are also searching for two additional attorneys at our New Philadelphia branch, which is also growing.
We are seeking new or experienced attorneys with the following characteristics:
Compassionate, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent in dealing with coworkers and clients, regardless of status within our organization.
Openness to or experience in family law, criminal law, or social security.
Adaptability in mastering new procedures and technologies, and comfort within an innovative and collaborative culture.
Duties of the Attorney would include the following:
Rapid training and exposure to diverse client base, with emphasis on family law skills.
Quick-response times to new client calls, and develop aptitude in quickly establishing new client rapport. Follow proven model for effective client intakes.
Congenial and respectful collaboration with support staff.
Engage in client financial coaching at outset of case to guarantee plan of action that fits clients’ needs and budget.
Develop aptitude in new and existing areas of practice.
Engage in effective partnering and mentorship relationships, with proactive questioning and solicitation of advice from experienced practitioners.
Careful management of clients’ resources in order to maximize results.
Respond to client care concerns to ensure clients are served promptly and all issues are promptly addressed.
Prepare for professional advancement within growing organization by acquiring new skills and sharing legal knowledge with coworkers.

Salary is commensurate with experience, between the ranges of $70,000-$125,000, based on experience. Bonus compensation opportunities and student loan repayment programs are also available.
