Duties
Provide expert legal counsel in family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property issues.
Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediation, and negotiations.
Prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct thorough legal research.
Maintain a high level of client communication and ensure their needs are met with care and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information in compliance with legal standards.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
Proficiency in legal research techniques and tools.
Strong understanding of family law procedures, terminology, and pleadings.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and legal professionals.
