Position: Paralegal (hybrid) – Insurance Coverage and Litigation Group
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of three years paralegal experience
- Exceptional analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in reviewing and analyzing legal documents
- Proficient in EverLaw
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field and/or a paralegal certificate.
- Strong time management and organization abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in civil defense litigation particularly with construction defects, insurance bad faith claims, and trucking/auto accidents
- Familiarity with analyzing and reviewing privileged documents and document productions
- Strong ability to manage a high case load and multiple projects independently in a fast-paced setting
- A motivated self-starter who seeks increasing levels of challenge and responsibility
- Experience summarizing records effectively and preparing reports for attorneys
- Excellent writing skills in preparing reports, chronologies, pleadings, and discovery
- Commitment to highest standards of ethics and professional integrity
Benefits:
- Salary range $75k-$95k
