Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for personal injury law? We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Legal Assistant to join our fast-paced and growing plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm in Encino, CA.
This is a key role for someone who can take ownership of cases, move things forward efficiently, and be a strong communicator with clients, attorneys, and insurance adjusters. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
✔ Communicate with clients regularly, providing case updates and gathering necessary information.
✔ Submit and follow up on claims with insurance companies and medical providers.
✔ Negotiate medical bills and handle lien resolution.
✔ Assist the attorney with case preparation and organization.
✔ Be a problem-solver—identify case needs and take proactive steps to move cases forward.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ At least 2 years of pre-litigation personal injury experience (preferred but not required).
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
✅ Excellent communicator—strong phone and email etiquette with clients and insurance adjusters.
✅ Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
✅ Takes initiative—a true go-getter who can think for themselves and push cases forward without micromanagement.
✅ Willing to learn—if you’re highly motivated to work in personal injury law, we’re willing to train the right candidate!
Position Details:
Location: On-site in Encino, CA
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible)
