A highly respected and established California law firm with expertise in Employment, Insurance Defense, and Personal Injury Law is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join its growing team in El Segundo/Los Angeles, CA.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with accomplished attorneys while supporting sophisticated employment law matters in a collaborative and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys throughout all stages of employment, personal injury, and Insurance defense litigation.
- Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and legal documents.
- Manage court filings and maintain case files.
- Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in PI, defense, or employment law.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with legal technology platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $65K – $100K. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
