Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal – Medicaid Applications to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys’ business needs while serving a diverse population of individuals and families who are traveling the roads of aging and disability.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and document gathering to support preparation of Medicaid application.
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal and financial documents.
Investigate facts to help in the timely completion and filing of the application.
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Record and store client information.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paralegal or in another legal field, preferred.
Familiarity with legal research, preferred.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
