Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in various legal tasks, ensuring efficient case management and supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and discovery materials.
Organize and maintain case files, including electronic and paper documentation.
Assist in the preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases.
Review and summarize case-related documents and evidence.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; paralegal certification required.
Experience as a paralegal or in a related field.
Strong written, verbal, research, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
