I have been exclusively retained by a well-established law firm that seeks a junior trusts and estates associate (0-2 years of experience) for a purely transactional role focused on estate administration. The attorney should have experience with trusts and estates matters or a demonstrated interest in the area, including having taken relevant coursework or completed an internship with a trusts and estates firm. The firm offers a good work/life balance (hours are 9 to 6 on weekdays), a collegial environment, and a likely base salary of $100,000-$110,000, with bonuses of about $5,000–$10,000 or higher depending on performance. Attorneys are expected to work in-office (not hybrid), and the firm provides generous benefits. We have good ties with the firm.
