Details:
Practice area focus: mainly Trucking Defense Litigation
Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 base salary

Job Description: supporting an attorney who works mainly with trucking accident defense cases. Calendaring, docketing, managing pleadings, and maybe some light preparation of very basic pleadings
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a law firm
Experience in Civil Litigation, both State & Federal
Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree, and/or Paralegal Certificate
Experience calendaring, docketing, managing pleadings, and maybe some light preparation of very basic pleadings
Highly detail-oriented and strong organization skills
Interpersonal and strong client interaction skills
