A well-established law firm in Edison, NJ, is seeking full-time Paralegals and Legal Assistants to support its Personal Injury and Family Law divisions. The firm also handles complex commercial litigation, workers’ compensation, trust and estate matters, and more, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in case management, document drafting, and court filings
Conduct legal research and gather case-related information
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Prepare discovery materials and trial exhibits
Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury and/or family law preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Position Details:
Location: Fully onsite in Edison, NJ
Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
