Role Description
This full-time, on-site Paralegal position is based in Wake Family Law Group’s Raleigh or Cary office. The role involves supporting attorneys in all aspects of case management, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating client and team communications, preparing for trial, and maintaining organized and accurate case files.
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and team members
- Experience in family law is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of legal principles, with experience in drafting and preparing legal documents
- Comfortable with legal software and technology tools
- Paralegal certification or relevant coursework is a plus
