Our firm is bursting with new cases, and we’re building a powerhouse team ready to take on the courtroom.
We’re looking for a Paralegal who’s ready to lead the charge in preparing cases for trial and supporting our attorneys every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare trial binders, organize medical records, exhibits, and evidence for court.
Ensure every document is in place and accurate before attorneys step into the courtroom.
Attend trials to support attorneys with in-court logistics and coordination (occasional travel is needed).
Collaborate closely with attorneys, fellow paralegals, and our office manager to manage deadlines and trial readiness.
Communicate with clients to gather case details, provide updates, and ensure they feel supported.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of paralegal experience, specifically with trial preparation or heavy litigation (personal injury or med mal preferred).
Exceptionally organized, deadline-driven, and proactive.
Strong communicator with polished written and verbal skills.
Technologically comfortable—able to work in case management systems and maintain detailed checklists.
Based in Miami/South Florida and available to work onsite – 90% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year
