We are partnering with a NYC law firm in their search for Surrogate Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting in the representation of estates in surrogate court.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and submit various court petitions and supporting documents, as required.
- Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys.
- Assist clients in collecting necessary information and documentation.
Requirements:
- 1+ yrs’ related experience
- Strong Microsoft 360 skills
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial healthcare plans
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with surrogate court
- Familiarity with Salesforce
Compensation: $25-28/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
